Quoted Fresh, Honoured In Writing.
How long is a quote valid?+
Fourteen days for ocean and road, seven for air. If fuel or carrier surcharges move beyond 5% before booking, we requote transparently — never after loading.
What is never in the quote?+
Port demurrage caused by consignee delays and destination duties. Everything else — handling, docs, clearance, delivery — is inside the landed price.
Do contract rates really hold in peak season?+
Yes. Contracted allocations are protected from GRIs and rollovers. In fifteen peak seasons we have never rolled a contracted box for a higher-paying spot load.
