One business day for standard air, ocean and road lanes. Odd-sized, hazardous or multi-leg moves take up to two days while we confirm capacity with carriers.
Q–02 Do you handle customs clearance yourselves?+
Yes. Our in-house brokerage team pre-clears most shipments before arrival in Dhaka, Singapore and Rotterdam, and we manage partner brokers everywhere else.
Q–03 What happens if my cargo is delayed?+
Your coordinator flags the exception before it becomes a delay, proposes the fastest recovery option with its cost, and only moves after your sign-off.
